Anyone have this occurring? When a user views an FTP Attachment file, two or more access logs are being written to the FTP Attachment Access Logs table although they only click the View button once. I am being told that this is a normal occurance but I don't think that the tech understands that the user is only clicking the view button once, not continuously. Among many responses trying to get the tech to understand my problem, this is the last response to my case, "These are not duplicate records but generated on you every action (Create, View, Update, Delete) performed. If the same attachment will be viewed continuously it will create the same FTP Access log for that many times. So It just showing you the exact track of your files being viewed by users."
